Pabst Room
In 1955, Pabst Farms of Oconomowoc purchased our plant from the Paoli Cooperative Dairy Company. In the decades that followed, Pabst principally used our factory as a receiving and processing station for local milk, before it made the 60-mile trek from Paoli to Oconomowoc. There, it was often turned into powdered milk for baby formula. This quaint Pabst-themed ADA accessible guest room features a modern queen bed, roll-in shower, night stand, microwave and mini fridge. 262 sq ft.
