Seven Acre Dairy Company is a modern business, but it is also the steward of the Paoli Cooperative Creamery Company Plant, a historic Wisconsin landmark. The factory produced butter and cheese for nearly 100 years and played a key role in the development of Wisconsin’s dairy industry.

Today, the factory sits on the State and National Register of Historic Places as an: exemplary example of a mid-twentieth century Wisconsin dairy factory. Our mission at Seven Acre is to preserve this factory and to keep its dairy history alive for the enjoyment of current and future generations.

We developed our Sustainers’ Circle Membership program for those who would like to play an outsized role in preserving the very dairy history of our building and for those who would like to be meaningful stewards of an irreplaceable piece of Wisconsin heritage.

THE PROGRAM & THE PERKS

Sustainers’ Circle Memberships are a one-time cost of either $5,000 or $10,000 and come with great benefits for you, your family, and/or your company.

$5000 LEVEL SUSTAINERS’ CIRCLE MEMBERS RECEIVE:

• $1,500 in property credit EACH YEAR for FIVE years after the purchase of membership. This credit can be used at The Inn, The Kitchen, the Dairy Cafe, for Seven Acre ticketed events, for private dining/holiday parties at Seven Acre, and for Seven Acre Dairy Company merchandise.
• A personalized glazed block on our Sustainers’ Circle Wall at Seven Acre Dairy Company (coming Spring 2024).
• Invites to exclusive events for Sustainers’ Circle Members and other Very Important Stewards of our factory.

$10,000 LEVEL SUSTAINERS’ CIRCLE MEMBERS RECEIVE:

• $2,500 in property credit EACH YEAR for FIVE years after the purchase of membership. This credit can be used at The Inn, The Kitchen, the Dairy Cafe, for Seven Acre ticketed events, for private dining/holiday parties at Seven Acre, and for Seven Acre Dairy Company merchandise.
