Rates and Policies at the Inn

The Inn at Seven Acre is a one-of-a-kind boutique hotel located inside a historic Wisconsin cheese factory listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As guests of the Inn, you are also stewards of this remarkable piece of dairy heritage. Your stay allows us to maintain and enhance this building so that it may live on for future generations.

Our Rates

Rates are per night and based on double occupancy in our rooms and up to four in our suites. Rates are subject to a 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax and a $24/night property fee. The Inn at Seven Acre is non-smoking.

Our policies

The property features an ADA room, offers (4) Handicap accessible parking spots with access aisle and an elevator lift for guests to access the restaurant, bar and cafe.

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am.

Arrival and departure times outside of these hours will need to be coordinated with the staff. Please call 608-416-4023 or email dairydelights@sevenacredairyco.com.

Early arrivals and late departures must be prearranged and are subject to availability.

We do not offer an overnight innkeeper on-site. We will provide you with an emergency phone number to text or call should an urgent situation arise, or if you need to contact a manager.

Given the size of our hotel and the limited number of rooms, reservations are prepaid in advance for all nights reserved either by credit card or check. You may also do so using a gift card, which can be redeemed by contacting dairydelights@sevenacredairyco.com or by calling 608-416-4023.

The Inn at Seven Acre requires a 14 day cancellation. Cancellations made fourteen days or more before your scheduled arrival date will have the advanced deposit refunded less a 10% service charge.

Cancellations made fourteen days or less prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit the entire deposited amount unless the space you reserved can be rebooked. If the space is rebooked, your advance deposit is refunded less a 10% service charge.

No shows will be charged 100% of the total paid deposit.

Given the nature of our cancellation policies, we strongly encourage our guests to consider purchasing trip cancellation or travel insurance to offset any risk you may incur from our cancellation and deposit policies.

No unregistered guests are allowed on property. Quiet hours are 10:00pm – 8:00am. Should any guest be unreasonably disturbed by a party, due to excessive noise or other extreme circumstances, the offending party may be charged for other guests inconvenience. We want all guests to enjoy the tranquility and beauty that Seven Acre Dairy Company provides! If you cannot comply, hotel management reserves the right to ask you to leave and your booking will be non-refundable.

Seven Acre Dairy Company is a non-smoking property. You can smoke at designated areas in our parking lot, but not on premises. Including vaping, e-cigarettes, cannabis, hookah, cigars, etc. A fee of $400 will be charged for any noticeable odor or visible smoke seen anywhere on property. Please respect our historic property.

We have two rooms that allow pets under the terms of our Pet Policy (The Milk Haulers Suite and The Pabst Room only). For non service animals there is a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00/night per pet. Please contact dairydelights@sevenacredairyco.com or call 608.416.4023 ahead of your arrival to make arrangements.

Parking is complimentary at the property. Each suite has 1 reserved paved parking spot near the entrance to the Inn. Additional gravel/grass parking is available on property based on availability.There are 4 handicap accessible parking spots with access aisle available.
