The Micro-Dairy

The site where Seven Acre Dairy Company sits has been home to dairy manufacturing since Paoli farmers built a community cheese factory here in 1888. Today, Landmark Creamery manufactures artisan butter and soft serve ice cream in our own micro dairy plant, making us one of the few sites in Wisconsin to produce dairy products in three separate centuries. Seven Acre Dairy Company and Landmark Creamery butter, ice cream, and other dairy products are served at the Dairy Cafe, the Kitchen, and available for retail sale on premise. For wholesale inquiries, please contact Anna Thomas Bates.
